    This talk is a brief overview about some of the concerns or challenges that women face in regards to their pelvic health. It's meant to either remind you or shed knowledge on the subject as well as guide you to resources for further exploration, study or guidance. There is information in this talk relevant to women of all ages.


    Yoga is life philosophy with an immense history, and has a language of its own.  

    If you are thinking about starting to practice yoga or newly being introduced to it, all the terminology related to it can be a bit confusing and overwhelming. I want to start to share an overview - the basic meanings behind some of the language/words and  support you in getting acquainted with them. Including: Meaning of Yoga, Sanskrit, Asana, Pranayama, Meditation, Mantra, Mudra, and Chakras….


    We will learn the 5 different types of thoughts as outlined by Patanjali and do a meditation
