If you want to work your butt a little bit, this is the class for you. We start by some simple exercises to bring a little fire into the hips. Then we work our way up into some nice standing poses before coming down to stretch it all out. Perfect class when you want to get in both your yoga class and burn a few calories. This class burns about 200 calories so then you can enjoy your next meal.
