    This practice is the Release your Flow Episode of Shanta Vira Yoga. The practice embodies all the basic qualities of the Shanta Vira Syaytem, and asana practice is intervowen with pranayama, mantra and mudra.

    This is the Hip opening Episode of Shanta Vira Yoga. There are lot of ways to approach practice. Let's be joyful and find child-like excitement towards our practice.

    This practice focuses on the grounding effect of Earth Element and when you need to ground and connect with your own being, the earth under your feet, and around you, this practice is for you.

    The practice includes asana, mudra, pranayama and the mantra LAM for earth element

    In this practice, the theme is focused around the physicality of deepening the Gomukhasana, Cow Face pose.

    The focus will be on two elements of the pose; Crossing the legs on top of each other while opening the back of the pelvis, and opening the shoulders and arms to come into the full expression of the pose.

    This class is about finding out the deep places within us always mirroring our lives. 

    This practice is inspired by and can be viewed on Yoga Journal Turkiye as well as YogaUni.

    Having a healthy hip region is one of the most important part of our practice. We are going to look a how to open the hips safely but effectively. Instead of going to the hot spot and fall into a passive engagement, we will actively engage and get more for the same amount of discomfort.

    With the cold winter and/or the stress, we have the tendency to close ourselves. So, this practice is perfectly designed to open your shoulders first in order to open your chest in a much more easy way with some basic back bends. What an amazing relieve!

    This practice is the first warm-up part of the whole Shanta Vira Yoga series. You can either practice this sequence to prepare your body for the second serie, or, you can practice this sequence individually as it has all the qualities of a well rounded practice. - As the sequence includes pranayama, mudra and mantra practices, for the ease of the practice please refer related videos of Michael.

This class is designed to remind you to stay in the present moment so that you can be aware of all of the wonderful little gifts around you. The more you can learn to have gratitude on your mat the more that it will spill over into your everyday life. No matter when you are in your life, this class can be a reminder to enjoy every single second of your day and appreciate exactly what you have now.
